The Aero Cake adventure begins with Léa and her husband when during confinement they introduce their neighbors to the joys of decorating pastries and chocolate with their new airbrush gun which sprays customizable color sprays.

Faced with the enthusiasm of her family and her entourage, Léa then decided to organize workshops to discover food aerography .

The participants all wishing to continue learning airbrushing back home, Léa had the idea of ​​creating a blog to share her knowledge and advice.

Few airbrushes are suitable for beginners but Léa finds a solution by asking her supplier to create a beginner's airbrush , easy to handle after a few tries and manipulations.

Once the new airbrush kit has been validated by Léa's students, she decides to offer it for sale on her new online store. The aerocake.com website was born!

To date Aero Cake is a small family business of 4 people who do their best to satisfy their customers in France and around the world, as far as Quebec!

Part of its profits are donated to associations, clinics and hospitals in France to help all children with type 2 diabetes (also called "non-insulin dependent diabetes" (DNID).
